About ClockMods
At ClockMods.com, we are proud to offer hand-built watches that combine high quality with unique design. Every watch is carefully assembled by hand just outside Gothenburg, where each detail is inspected and put together by our experienced team.
We are not an authorised Seiko retailer. We use Seiko movements together with aftermarket components to create personal and reliable watches with modern designs. This allows us to offer classic expressions in new forms without being limited to traditional models or standard configurations.

Our warranty
We provide a six-month warranty on all our watches. The warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects arising during normal use. Always follow our recommendations for use and care to help keep your watch in the best possible condition.
The warranty does not cover
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents or other external influences.
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches on the crystal, case or bracelet.
- Battery replacements or other consumable items.
- Water damage, regardless of the stated water resistance.
- Damage caused by high temperatures.
Exposing the watch to hot water, a sauna or other excessive heat is at your own risk and is not recommended.
If your watch breaks during the warranty period, please contact us. We will assist you with an assessment, repair or possible replacement.

Discounts
Discounted prices apply during campaigns and special offers. Offers are available for a limited time or while stocks last. The regular price is the price at which the product is sold without a discount.
Discounts and promotional codes cannot normally be combined unless otherwise stated. Any price reductions are always shown in the cart or at checkout before the purchase is completed.
When a discounted product is returned, the refund is calculated from the amount actually paid after the discount was applied.
