At ClockMods, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience with every order. Here you will find information about our shipping options and the terms that apply to delivery.
Shipping options
We ship our orders with PostNord. Available delivery options are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery address.
- Delivery to a PostNord service point
- Delivery to a PostNord parcel locker
- Home delivery
For delivery to a service point or parcel locker, the nearest available collection point is normally selected based on the address entered in the order.
Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping to a service point for orders over SEK 500 or EUR 50, when the option is available for the delivery address.
For home delivery, PostNord will first attempt to deliver the shipment according to the selected home-delivery option. If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel may be redirected to a nearby service point. This may add up to two delivery days.
For larger or more valuable orders, such as a watch, we recommend delivery to a service point or parcel locker for secure and convenient collection.
Stock status and delivery times
Current stock status and estimated delivery time are shown on each product page. Delivery time is calculated from the time we receive and process the order.
Delivery times for custom-built watches depend on the availability of the components required for the selected configuration. We always do our best to meet the stated time frame and will contact you if a change affects your order.
For delivery to countries outside the Nordic region, transit time may be extended by two business days or more depending on the destination, carrier and any customs procedures.
Uncollected parcels
You are responsible for collecting the shipment within the carrier’s stated collection period. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge an administration fee of up to SEK 400 or EUR 40.
The fee is intended to cover the actual costs of return shipping, handling and administration. An uncollected parcel is not automatically treated as an exercised right of withdrawal.
Tracking and notifications
Once the shipment has been dispatched, you will normally receive a notification from PostNord by SMS, email or through the PostNord app. The notification includes delivery information and a tracking number that allows you to follow the parcel.
Please ensure that your mobile number, email address and delivery address are correct before completing the order. ClockMods is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete contact or address details.
