Important information about home delivery in Sweden
For home delivery in Sweden, smaller shipments may be left in or by the mailbox depending on the carrier’s assessment. If your mailbox is small or the location is not protected, we recommend a service point or parcel locker.
For larger or more valuable orders, such as a watch, we recommend delivery to a service point or parcel locker when that option is available.
Stock status and handling
Current stock status and estimated delivery are shown on each product page. If the product is in stock, it is usually shipped the same day or the next business day. During campaigns, public holidays or busy periods, handling time may be slightly longer.
Tracking and notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you will normally receive a notification by email, SMS, the carrier’s app or another available channel. The notification includes delivery information and a tracking number when tracking is available.
Always make sure that your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address are correct before completing the order. ClockMods is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
Uncollected parcels
You are responsible for collecting the shipment within the carrier’s stated collection period. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge an administration fee of up to SEK 400 or EUR 40.
The fee covers costs for return shipping, handling and administration. An uncollected parcel is not automatically treated as an exercised right of withdrawal. Please contact us if you wish to withdraw from a purchase according to our returns policy.
Customs, VAT and restrictions
For orders within Sweden and the EU, prices and applicable costs are shown at checkout before payment. For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient may need to pay customs duties, import VAT or other local charges according to the rules of the destination country.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, missing customs handling or the recipient not completing local import requirements, additional costs and delays may occur.
